Renewing a subscription started by your reseller or partner Please ensure that this document is on company letterhead, and includes: your order reference number, your billing contact information, the product name at the correct renewal price, and payment terms of NET 30. In case you'd need an invoice prior to payment, please forward a copy of your purchase order to our sales team. Invoiceīy default, an invoice is automatically sent to the billing contact when the purchase and renewal are completed. Your reference number can be found on any billing-related document or in your Lansweeper web console under 'Configuration'> 'Your Lansweeper license'. Please include your license's reference number when doing so, to improve the speed and efficiency of this process. Should you need an actual quote, please fill in this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. When your subscription is active, the billing contact receives an e-mail with all needed renewal information 14 days prior to the license's expiration date.
How to receive a quote or an invoice for your renewal? Our system does not allow you to renew early, as this would cause overlap between your old and new license key.The online store and its prices apply for new subscriptions only. Existing subscriptions cannot be renewed through our online store.When renewing, please keep the following in mind: You can initiate the renewal process by contacting us via this form. However, auto-renewal can be deactivated should you prefer a one-off subscription or renewing manually. By default, your Lansweeper license auto-renews on the interval of your purchase date, which for most customers is every 1 or 3 year(s). When purchasing a Lansweeper license, you agree to our subscription product that will bill you at regular intervals.
